RemotAudácia – Soluções em Saúde LDA’s ("Company", "we", "us", "our") operates the Na Navigator application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this privacy policy carefully. Personal Data

Personally identifiable information, such as your email address, and name (if provided through Google Sign-In or other authentication methods), that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the App. You are under no obligation to provide us with personal information of any kind, however your refusal to do so may prevent you from using certain features of the App.

Patient Data You Input

When you use the calculation and AI features of the App, you may input clinical data such as current sodium levels, weight, age, gender, height, and medical history ("Patient Data"). This data is processed by the App to provide its functionalities. For logged-in users, custom IV solution libraries created by you are stored in our database linked to your account.

If you are a healthcare professional using this App in connection with patient care, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App and your handling of Patient Data comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) or equivalent patient privacy laws in your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR in Europe).

Derivative Data

Information our servers automatically collect when you access the App, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the App. (Note: This is a general statement; specific analytics are not implemented in this prototype beyond Firebase's default capabilities).

Firebase and Google AI

We use Firebase for authentication and database services. Firebase may collect data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. AI features in this app utilize Google AI (Genkit and Gemini models). Your interactions with AI features may involve sending data to Google AI services for processing. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for more information.

Brevo (Mailing List)

If you sign up for an account, your email address may be added to our mailing list managed through Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) for the purpose of sending you updates, newsletters, or promotional materials related to Na Navigator and other RemotAudácia – Soluções em Saúde LDA’s projects. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the emails. Please refer to Brevo's Privacy Policy for more details.

3. Use of Your Information

Having accurate information permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:

• Provide the core functionalities of the App, including sodium calculations, AI-powered risk assessments, AI chatbot responses, and AI prescription suggestions.
• Store and manage your custom IV solution libraries (for logged-in users).
• Email you regarding your account or order (e.g., password reset).
• Send you newsletters, promotions, and information about our other products, like SLean and Eligible4 (with your consent where required, and with an option to opt-out).
• Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the App.
• Fulfill and manage other requests, transactions, and other functions related to the App.

We do not sell your personal information or Patient Data.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information and Patient Data. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties.

6. Data Retention

We will retain your personal information and Patient Data (if stored in association with your account, e.g., custom libraries) for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
